Terms of Service

Welcome to Opulux Designs. By using opuluxdesigns.com (the "Site") or acquiring work from us, you agree to these terms.

1. The art — originals

• Every original piece is one of a kind, handmade by the artist ("Isyss"). Minor variations, bubbles, and organic character are part of the medium, not defects.
• Prices include insured shipping within the continental US unless stated otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.
• Damage in transit: every original ships insured. Email photos of the piece and packaging to us within 48 hours of delivery and we will repair, replace with an agreed alternative (originals cannot be duplicated), or refund. Sales of originals are otherwise final.

2. "On The Easel" claims

• In-progress pieces may be claimed at their posted price, by full payment or a posted deposit. The price announced on day one does not change.
• Each easel piece states its backout policy (refund or store credit) before you claim it. If you back out, that policy applies. If the artist cannot complete a claimed piece, you receive a full refund.

3. Digital products, classes & VIP membership

• Ebooks, guides, and class videos are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publicly screen, or repost them, in whole or in part.
• Purchased downloads stay in your account. The VIP annual pass is one payment for 12 months of access; the VIP monthly membership renews automatically each month until you cancel, and access continues through the period already paid. Neither is a purchase of the underlying content.
• We add new content regularly; specific classes may occasionally be re-edited or replaced.

4. Intellectual property

All artwork, photographs, videos, classes, written guides, text, and branding on the Site are the copyrighted property of Opulux Designs and the artist. Acquiring an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical piece only — reproduction rights are not included. You may not copy, imitate for sale, use for AI training, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without written permission. Collectors sharing photos of their piece with credit are always welcome.

5. Accounts & conduct

You're responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the Site, infringe our content, misuse discount or access mechanisms, or commit fraud. You may close your account at any time.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Square (cards) and, where offered, Stripe with Klarna, Affirm, or Afterpay (pay-over-time). Your agreement with those providers governs the payment itself. Pay-over-time plans are credit products offered by those providers, not by us.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." Craft techniques shown in classes involve chemicals and tools — follow manufacturer safety instructions; you assume the risks of your own studio practice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes belong to the state or federal courts of Hillsborough County, Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; continued use of the Site after changes means acceptance. Questions: customerservice@opulux.co.
