What is art leasing?
Art leasing lets your business display original Opulux artwork for a fixed monthly amount instead of purchasing it outright. Opulux retains ownership; your space gets the art.
Who can lease Opulux artwork?
The program is designed for businesses and commercial spaces — offices, practices, hospitality, real estate, and design professionals. Every lease begins with a consultation.
How long are lease terms?
Standard terms are 6 or 12 months, with renewal and rotation options at the end of each term.
Can artwork be rotated?
Yes — rotation memberships refresh your collection on a schedule (every 3, 6, or 12 months depending on your plan).
Is installation included?
Delivery and professional installation are arranged for every lease; fees are itemized in your proposal so there are no surprises.
What happens if artwork is damaged?
Report it from your account and we coordinate inspection, repair, or replacement. Condition is documented together at delivery and return.
Can I purchase the artwork?
Many pieces can become part of your permanent collection. Request a purchase quote any time — if a piece is eligible, we'll prepare one.
Are lease payments tax-deductible?
