- A professional setup: clean, finished, and photograph-ready from every angle. No folding table without a cloth, no handwritten signage.
- Everything you bring must fit what this specific event asked for. Read its brief below before applying.
- Your own everything: table, linens, lighting, display, signage, change, and payment processing. Power is not guaranteed unless we confirm it.
- Licensed and insured where your category requires it (food vendors especially), and you handle your own permits.
- You stay for the full run of the event, set up before doors, and break down after the last guest leaves.
