Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight, dust with a soft dry microfiber cloth, and skip harsh chemical cleaners. Treated kindly, resin art keeps its gloss for decades.

Isyss works with quality pigments and UV-resistant resin. Like any artwork, keeping it out of all-day direct sun keeps the colors at their richest.

Every original Opulux Designs artwork is personally signed by the artist and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Does my wall art include hanging hardware?

Yes. Every wall artwork ships with its hanging materials included, so getting your piece on the wall is covered. We intentionally leave the hardware placement to you: every collector displays differently, and the orientation of a one-of-one belongs to its owner. Oversized or heavy pieces should be braced and hung by an experienced professional. Before mounting, make sure the wall is clean and dry so no residue transfers to the artwork or builds on its surface over time.

Does Opulux Designs offer a warranty?

Yes. Every Opulux Designs artwork is backed by a limited warranty covering defects in workmanship or artwork-related damage under normal indoor use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper installation, modifications, exposure to extreme heat or moisture, or normal wear over time. If you believe your artwork qualifies for warranty service, please contact us with your order information and photos of the issue for review.

Every Opulux Designs creation is an original work of art. Once a piece is completed and purchased, that exact design is permanently retired and becomes part of its collector's personal collection.

Because resin naturally flows in ways that cannot be replicated, every composition, crystal placement, metallic detail, and movement within the artwork is entirely unique. No molds are reused, no designs are copied, and no sold artwork is recreated.

When you own an Opulux Designs piece, you own something that exists nowhere else in the world.

What is "On The Easel"?

It's the piece (or pieces, never more than three) currently in progress. It's a work in progress where you get  exclusive glimpses of the process. The Circle members (free tier & up) get the chance to claim the piece on The Easel before it becomes available to the public. Each piece is priced from day one, and you can claim it before it's finished. Claim it and you'll get progress updates until it ships to you.

While commissioned artwork often begins with another person's vision, every Opulux Designs collection begins with the artist's own inspiration, intuition, and creative direction. This approach allows each piece to evolve naturally throughout the artistic process rather than being confined to predetermined expectations.

By preserving complete creative freedom, every artwork remains an authentic expression of the Opulux Designs aesthetic,resulting in original pieces that collectors can discover rather than design.

What happens after I claim a piece on the easel?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment yours is on its way. The one exception is a claimed On The Easel piece: it ships once the artist finishes it, with progress updates along the way, so you always know where it stands.

Yes. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, orders may have already entered processing or shipping and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping & handling is a flat **$12.95** per order. Oversized art (the largest wall pieces and sculptures) travels beyond standard carrier limits, so it ships at its own insured rate, always shown on the piece page before you commit to anything.

Here is the part collectors love: **members ship free**. Every signed-in account, including the free [Opulux Insider](/register), pays zero shipping on every order. One minute to join, and the shipping line simply stops appearing.

Every piece is packed by hand, fully insured in transit, and tracked to your door; the tracking number lands in your inbox the moment it ships. Local to Florida? Pieces marked **Free Florida Pickup** let you skip shipping entirely: choose pickup at checkout, then schedule your studio visit after payment.

I checked out as a guest and saw a shipping charge. Could I have skipped it?

Already checked out as a guest? Nothing about your delivery changes: your piece still ships fully insured, tracked, and packed by the same careful hands. The only thing an account would have changed is the price of the ride.

Do you ship internationally?

Not for original pieces or merch, not yet. Protecting the integrity of each artwork is the priority, and we're still working out the safest, most reliable way to ship internationally without risking damage in transit.

Classes, ebooks, and Collector Circle membership are a different story: nothing to ship, so those are already open to collectors anywhere in the world. See "Can I purchase from outside the United States?" below for the details.

Will sold-out pieces be restocked?

No.

Every Opulux Designs artwork is created as a one-time original. Once it has found its home, that design is permanently retired and will not be recreated or restocked.

This commitment preserves the exclusivity of every collector's investment and ensures that each artwork remains as unique as the person who owns it.

When a collection is gone, it becomes part of Opulux Designs history, making room for the next original creation.

Are shipments insured?

Yes. Every Opulux Designs order is shipped with insurance to help protect your artwork during transit. While every piece is packaged with exceptional care using premium protective materials, insurance provides an added layer of security in the rare event that damage occurs during shipping. Original artwork ships with **UPS**, and that choice is deliberate. A one-of-one piece deserves a carrier that keeps custody of the box from our studio door to yours, with the shipment insured in transit and, on higher-value pieces, a signature required at delivery so your artwork is never left guessing on a porch.

The best part for you: the free **UPS My Choice** app puts the delivery in your hands. Sign up with your delivery address (it takes about two minutes) and you can follow the driver on delivery day, get an estimated arrival window, leave delivery instructions, redirect the package to a UPS Access Point near you, have it held for a day you're actually home, or pause deliveries while you travel. In short: you decide how, when, and where you receive your collector's piece.

Occasionally a different carrier serves a specific address or piece size better, and we'll always use whichever gets your artwork to you most safely. Your tracking number arrives by email the moment the piece leaves the studio, and it works in the carrier's app either way.

Every original is one of one, so checkout starts with a short agreement between you and the studio. None of it is fine print, it is just how we keep the magic protected. You confirm that you have seen ample proof of quality (photos, and video where available, of the actual piece, plus the chance to ask the studio anything first), that you agree to the full price at checkout, and that once your piece arrives in good condition, its care passes into your hands.

**The unboxing ritual (honestly, the fun part):** when the box lands, press record BEFORE you open it and film your first look. It is your piece’s debut in your world, a keepsake collectors love to rewatch, and it quietly doubles as effortless proof of condition on arrival.

And if the courier was clumsy? Every original travels insured. Send your reveal video and a couple of photos of the piece and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we make it right, fast: repair, an agreed replacement (originals cannot be duplicated), or a refund. No interrogation, no hoops, your video already did the talking.

Do you charge sales tax?

Can I purchase from outside the United States?

Yes, for anything digital. Classes, ebooks, and the Opulux Collector Circle membership are open to collectors anywhere in the world, nothing to ship, access opens the moment checkout clears. Browsing from Canada, the UK, Australia, or New Zealand? Tutorial and download pages show an estimated price in your own currency right alongside the real USD one, so you know roughly what to expect before you buy.

Original pieces and merch are different: those ship within the United States only, for now. See "Do you ship internationally?" above.

Whatever you buy, the actual charge always runs in US dollars. Your card network or bank converts it at their own exchange rate, and some cards add a small foreign transaction fee on top, that's between you and your card issuer, not something Opulux Designs adds.

How does the Collector Referral program work?

Every account carries a personal referral link (find yours on [your account page](/account)). Share it anywhere; anyone who arrives through it is credited to you for 30 days. What do I earn for a referral?

The reward fits the referral. A friend who joins the Collector Circle earns you **a free month of Lux**. A friend who collects an original earns you **$50 in studio credit**, spendable on classes, ebooks, or toward your own next piece. A business you send that signs an art lease matures into the big thank-you after its third month: **$100 in credit or a small original, your pick**.

When do referral rewards arrive?

After two gates, both there to protect the magic: the order's 24-hour cancellation window has to clear, and the studio reviews every reward personally. Most arrive within a few days of your friend's purchase; lease rewards mature after the lease's third paid month. A refunded order takes its reward with it.

Does my friend get anything for using my link?
